Products are central around an integrated biomass and waste gasification system that converts solid fuel particles into a combustible gas, also known as “producer gas” or "syngas." This renewable gaseous fuel is cleaned and conditioned in our system and can be used in the following ways:
- Process Heat/Steam Generation: Our unique ability to retrofit existing gas appliances allows an industrial user to virtually eliminate the need for fossil fuels. By eliminating the particulates, chorides, and alkalis before combusting the fuel gas, we eliminate the leading concerns of utilizing biomass in an existing facility. Our approach differs from competitors in that we include patent-pending gas conditioning prior to combustion of our producer gas fuel. Therefore, we are able to retrofit existing equipment at a customer’s facility rather than requiring the installation of new solid fuel boiler equipment.
- Combustion Turbine: With a requirement of low tars, no chlorides, virtually no alkali, and pressurized fuel system, a combustion turbine has previously been out of the reach of most biomass gasification systems. Our proprietary and patent-pending cleanup technology allows previously unsuitable fuels to be used in combustion turbines.
- Internal Combustion Gen-Set: With similar fuel requirements as a combustion turbine, an IC Gen-Set is a great opportunity for smaller generation systems or CHP systems.
